I think what people don't understand is the stress that is put on doctors and nurses. I've been coming to this hospital since I was 19 and the doctors are great, most nurses are very polite and enjoyable. Yea sometimes they would mess up while trying to get the IV in, but I understand the difficulty in finding a vein. I had an amazing experience with a nurse that offered to go down stairs and give me my medication in the hospital because the pharmacy and the insurance where taking so long to approve it. The first time I went to this Hospital it was when I was diagnosed with cancer they give me hope they give me Faith they treat me like a princess and they still are treating me like a princess they're going on my step they're not rushing me I think my doctors the nurses has been there with me there's nothing for me not to say but thank you

My 14yr old daughter had surgery today and had her appendix removed. The ER nurse last night Ebony was amazing. She was very kind and she really has a good heart for her patients. In PreOp this morning the surgeons and staff were all AMAZING... They made my daughter very comfortable and took away her fear and made her laugh.. Thank you Doctors and Surgical Staff for your kind caring hearts.. thank you to the Surgical nurse that made her an Oragami Crane she will keep this close to her heart.
I love this hospital. They take good care of me. When I'm sick the don't do a quick fix and release me. I feel confident that I will be okay here. Thank you Arrowhead Regional hospital.
Dr Phu koung is the best he's very patience and listens to his patients wouldn't go anywhere else
Well I got seem faster than expected got my x-rays taken taken care of it no time at all I just didn't like my other prescription outlook five days that's crazy
The staff are professional and friendly !!! I had to come here 2 days in a row and both days were great !!!! Less then 2 hrs for X-rays and see the Doctor !!! Thank you A.R.M.
