Even though I went to have blood drawn the nurses are always friendly and empathetic to your medical situation. Keep up the great work!

These idiots wouldn't tell me anything about my sister's condition. I had to go through about 5 different people until I finally got to someone who understands HIPAA regulations enough to let me know that my sister wasn't dead. The contact email on their website is also a dead address.
