The staff was medically competent. Beyond that they were rude and disrespectful. They constantly berated me thinking I was unconscious but I was unable to respond. Many of them felt that my panic attack/potential heart attack was a waste of time. Well ARMC, i know you dont care but thank you for your Rude ER nurses and doctors for showing enough knowlege to tell me im fine and boot me out the door still panicking and unable to see.
I've been going to this hospital for years. I was recently there for opthamolgy. They are awesome. Very prompt, kind and professional. My primary doctor is Dr. Lanum. He is the best doctor I've ever had and I'm old. Lol Always listens, answers questions and gets things done.
I don't like waiting alot, but the specialist Dr. Murdoch is a great Endecrinologist-

I had some real good Nurses and Doctors and I had some real bad ones who didn't seem to give a shit about their patients. Mostly the helpers and Nurses seem to have some sort of attitude
I was first sent to ARMC for an urgent gallbladder removal & the staff was amazing. From the time I got there they we're very attentive & explained to me what the plan was for treatment. They made sure that I understood. I was made to feel as though I was their only patient, even though they were very busy. I was some time later referred to them for pain mgmt (unrelated to the gallbladder incident) & have been receiving wonderful care through their pain clinic. I always go to this Hospital, They have saved my Life a few times literally, from cancer to multiple surgeries I totally trust the Doctor's and fantastic nurses there.
Mi hija a estado en este hospital por la 3 ra vez y a ella la an atendido super bien en el area de trauma. Y siempre an sido muy amables y responsables con ella todo perfecto y rapido. Con migo ase años fue otra historia ni siquiera diagnosticaron mi enfermedad. Pero en fin las ultimas beses a sido muy pero muy bien. �
