It's amazing huge and the people are very polite
I arrived aprx at 11:30 AM. It looked a little busy. Went to triage great Rn took initial assessment got the MD he said send me back. There I met PA Tammy. She was terrific. She took really good care of the wound to my arm. She is caring and compassionate and had a great bedside manner. Thank you to ALL the staff that cared for me today. You were all very nice and pleasant. And the ER lobby looked really nice and clean from the last time I had visited aprx 5 yrs ago Thank you all and God bless Leslie R.
Occupational Therapy has been surprisingly nice. What should have been an uncomfortable situation Tonja my therapist makes my visits very enjoyable. The imaging department is quick and the staff is patient and kind. I've personally witnessed other staff in the hospital helping and even personally escorting patients in the right direction. That's above and beyond. Extremely kind people at this hospital. Again I was surprised. Good job y'all
I had surgery yesterday 5/10 and the whole staff was excellent. My only problem was my surgery tip to check in was 11am and I wasn't called in until after 2pm.
They saved my life twice now. Great staff an docs
The er needs work a lot of work. They told me my son had fursure pneumonia he's 3 I told them it was asthma they didn't listen! They admitted him to the pediatrics floor and was amazing they stood by my son when I had to leave had my son wrapped around all their rings love that floor but low and behold X-rays showed no signs of pneumonia it was all asthma! Thanks for freaking me and my family out and making me feel dumb emergency room but thank you pediatrics for taking amazing care of my so . Emergency area is a mess needs ... read more
The nurses of 5 center were amazing taking care of my dad!!! They had a lot of patience with him in the state of mind that he is. He is not the easiest person to deal with. The only complaint I have is that his cell phone came up missing and I had to file a claim!
