My sweet, Alejandra Shores is still in critical condition because this hospital is refusing to do the major surgeries she needs from a head on collision (from almost two weeks ago)! Insurance excuses should NOT be the reason to refuse anybody the help they need to survive!! The hospital keeps pushing back her surgery date, nobody deserves to be treated like this. Everyone has been amazing but a special shout out to RN Opal and Quint in trauma! From the moment my son was unloaded from the ambulance until we were placed into his room they were professional and informative.
