Super unorganized, rude, disrespectful staff in the ER. Honestly does not even deserve 1 star. They need to get their staff and work in order.
They saved my sisters life..that's 5 stars..still taking care of her.
I LOVED this hospital! Every single person there were extremly nice. Especially the nurses. We were there visiting our friend who just had emergency surgery. All the staff went out of there way to let us know exactly where to go. My friend had her own room and they were even nice enough to take pictures with us. It also doesn't hurt that the hospital is absolutely beautiful!
I'll give it a 2 star simply because I may need to have surgery there but it is the most unorganized, understaffed hospital I've ever been to. The wait to check in for my appointment was ridiculous and my appointment was scheduled at 10:15am and I didn't get seen for 2.5 hours and the doctor hadn't read my referral notes from the doctor or my chart! I had to point out which kidney the previous doctors were advising me to have surgery on. Efficiency is important in providing excellent medical care. Perhaps you should do a hir... read more
My moms been a cancer patient here for a few years. Hospital service and staff is great but the outpatient clinic sucks! Takes forever to get an appointment, ones in she usually sits there for two hours waiting to be seen. Calling them to get a, refill is a nightmare. Voicemail box is constantly full and no one answers the phones. Ones I had to literally put in a complaint to just get her pills refilled. Of course the problem no continues, nothings changed. The parking is still terrible for such a huge facility.

I was a guest in the outpatient orthopedic clinic. Everyone who was a part of my treatment today were wonderful. I can't thank them enough.
