This really is the worse hospital I have been to if I didn't have to go to this one I wouldn't. The staff is so clueless on everything. It took 6 hours just to get a damn cast for my daughter which could have taken way less.

So my review is going to be based off of my stay at the hospital and not ER. The ER is a little unorganized to say the least... The man at registration was a real a**hole! I had awesome nurses (Adam and Venson) the rest of the staff was great. I was kept comfortable and was checked up on often. Doctors explained everything perfectly and didn't mind my family and I asking a lot of questions�
The pediatrics staff were amazing they made our 4 day stay bearable my 4yr old loved all his nurses and doctors
Wonderful nurses in the NICU and wonderful doctors thanks to the doctors and nurse
Excelente servicio me trataron como familia todas las enfermeras son súper lindas, me dieron un cuarto privado y se admiten las visitas de los niños.. Me encanto su servicio!
To be honest if I didn't have to give a star I wouldn't... Worst hospital ever... My friend had a full hysterectomy and then try to tell her she doesn't need hormone pills on top of us waiting 2 hours to get into a 20 minute 8:30 am appointment.. (Left at 11:30 by the time it was done). Trying to tell us they are behind... I understand getting behind but to make us wait that long to look at some staples for 5 minutes and let us go... Really... If I was dying I wouldn't even go there... Sad and pathetic service. Get organized... read more
I was severely injured in April and taken to closest emergency room (Redlands) horrible experience. Once I got to Arrowhead - EXCELLENT - ER (nurse Patrick the best ever) - surgery - recovery - Fourth Floor (nurse Emily wow great) - rehab - follow ups - Ortho - the best care, the best advise the best in answering my questions helping me out every step of the way - -
