My first experience with Arrowhead Regional was when I had a TIA mini stroke not quite a year ago. The doctors, nurses, and staff were nothing short of amazing! I wish there was an option for 10 stars, instead of just 5 stars. I was so impressed that while I was in the hospital I inquired about making Dr. Gan my PCP. They indicated they would very much like to have me as a patient, and it's one of the best medical choices I have made. They are the best, I can assure you!! �

My prescription was filled by a doctor who is not allowed to dispense such medication, how u like that? Ain't that like practicing medicine with out a license?
The nurses are great, i had a bad experience with one of the doctors. However the nurses and the other doctors are great. Of course it helped that i spoke out for myself but at the end they listen.
Scary for the 2 years I worked there in 2000-2002. Learned a lot but administration made every manager fear their jobs so no problems were ever reported. Most unorganized Emergency Dept. I ever worked for. Also the Sheriff's department had terrible relations with us because they'd pick up every drunk and crazy, dump them in our beds so really sick people couldn't get a treatment for 20 hours or more. Hope it's better now!
Fist of all thank god I'm still here. The stuff here is been good I don't have a problem.
The staff has been phenomenal. Not only have they made sure that my daughter is comfortable, they have made sure that I am OK as well.

Since I've been bringing my daughter here for her checkups. Only complaint I have so far is parking space/lot. Ridiculous.... If the appointment was for me I'd have to be here an 1 1/2 maybe 2 hrs early to be on time..... I'm sure employees have the same complaint.... crazy to have to park and wait in food 4less parking lot. Already been in one accident in this parking lot because people trying to get a space in hurry and not paying attention. God bless and Drive Safe...
