We were recommended this company by L&C. At each interaction they were unprofessional, extremely slow with responses, or just seemingly unhappy to talk to us.. Person answering the phone sounded like a teenager being forced to do their first day of work and kept putting us on hold without letting us know. Tried filling in the PDF questionnaire they sent but it wasn't formatted for editing properly, and had to find a long winded work around. So so so bad! I cannot describe how poor the customer service is with Arrow Conveyancing. I got an email Monday saying that my wife hadn't filled out her ID check, I emailed back quickly stating she hadn't received it. Called yesterday as no email response and was told they have a 48 hour response time (4 days later) then was told they would be in touch to sort it. Now the next day I call again was told I would get a call back to resolve in 15 minutes time, an hour later here we are. Stay well away from them, shocking!
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Worst firm I have ever come across and as an agent I deal with hundreds every year! I assume they are really cheap however they couldn't pay me enough to use them. Do no reply to emails, just spent 40 minutes on hold for them when they hung up when I got to position 1. The sale was agreed in 7.5 months ago and their client is about to lose the property they want to buy simply because of these solicitors. Believe all the 1 star reviews, they really are that bad!
Would be lower if I could. The buyer of my property used this ‘company’ and they have yet to complete the necessary paperwork to confirm the change of ownership 7 MONTHS after the sale was completed. This is now causing me no end of legal issues as I begin the process of buying a property. After many months of chasing from myself and my solicitor we are still in the dark of when they will action this or even respond to any emails. DO NOT USE!
Apr 63 bay view After 5 months of big disappointment, I wish I never choice arrow. Today again I've been charged twice for engrossment fee. Really hard to get in touch with, never answering phone calls, replying too late. Think twice! * Do not use this solicitors *
