Edit: Your solicitor Adam Houghton told our buyers that we could exchange on the 11th and then ignored all calls and emails which will probably delay our exchange date by a week. They are first time buyers and you're mugging them off.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Often you may be told to go with a conveyancer from a broker or estate agent. Alarm bells should go off if they signpost you to Arrow. I’m absolutely stuck. No answer by phone or email. Tomorrow I need to start moving money? No idea if I have a mortgage or not and no one there cares. Even the complaints team don’t respond so have no option but to email the Managing Director - Hayley McAllister.
