Looks like the reviews speak for themselves. I don’t have the time to write out my entire story of dealing with this joke of a company but long story short they took over six months to complete my house sale which was a NO CHAIN & CASH BUYER. Should have took half the time. They ignore emails, talk rubbish, asked me to do & pay for things which didn’t even exist. I also had to do a large portion of the work myself and pay 2.5k for it. Arrow has not returned my retention fund 14 months after completion and will not give me a clear explanation as to why. Arrow's communication is terrible. I have no choice but to file a complaint with the SRA to get my retention fund back.
This company is a scam . They ask for more money when they didn’t do their job for years. When we ask for a receipt of proof of why we should pay them they go silent. They need to be reported. If you are considering using them please do not. A practice like this should not exist and the ombudsman should cancel their license. Extremely unprofessional and they cannot even be contacted.
