Absolutely appalling. Never used this bus station but Arriva overall is terrible. £3 for a one way ticket, slow driving, bus sometimes don't show up. Why should I pay for a weekly ticket to get to work when I can't trust you?
Terrible services and dangerous driving. During my trip on bus No. 2 to Marylebone on November 28th at approximately 17:15. I got on the bus at the Rochester Row stop W. As I was trying to get to the second level to find a seat, the bus driver suddenly started and accelerated the bus too quickly. I was holding onto the handrail, but not working at all, and I fell from the second level to the first level, hit my back head on the bus seat.
