I was actually abused by this place They forced themselves into my flat and when I didn't talk to them they shouted threats through my door It was scary and I never recovered I couldn't afford to complain back then but can now and will

I've only been with this place for a couple of months and they've already made my mental health worse. Who the hell were those two CPN's I saw last week? Can't believe people like that work in a mental health centre.

From absent psychiatrists who skip meetings & put in your file that you didn’t turn up to abrasive, unhelpful crisis teams and reception staff that decide they don’t want to phone anyone back or leave you sitting in the waiting room for 40 minutes. The Arran centre has it all.

Absolutely horrendous service. Cpn talked over me during whole mental health assessment. Told me she'd call me back and never did. I called and left a message, she has still never returned my call. I have a serious mental health concern and have been neglected badly by this staff member. Absolutely shocking. A disgrace to the NHS.

Reception staff are a mess, I have called over 20 times with no answer for over a month, when I finally get a call I am cut off mid sentence and told I will get a call back and when I tried to ask another question about the call back, after the first question I was told “I am very busy at the moment”.
