Had our bathroom done with them since end of june and trying to get them out to fix the toilet has been a nightmare. Our toilet still ain't working right. We still have holes in the outside wall and plumbing in the loft is a mess. The sink in bathroom moves about. Wife's been trying to chase them to get it fixed but they have our money so not interested. Think we are going to have to go trading standards route
So pleased with our bathroom. Looks amazing and Dylan and Chris did a great job. Never stopped and so pleasant. Came 8.15 a m. Every morning. Certainly recommend them.
I had a poor experience with Arona Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms. The job was delayed by weeks and the fitters often did not show up on agreed days. When they did, their work was inconsistent. After the job was completed, issues with the installation arose, including leaks. Communication with the company was difficult, and I had to chase them for follow-up support. I recommend that Arona reviews its processes for reliability and customer service.
Arona were very professional from start to finish from design to completion when refurbishing our bathroom the fittersTommy and Ethan were a pleasure to have in our house very polite and very particular about the quality of their workmanship Ethan bordering slightly in OCD for detail The finished product was exactly as requested Eddy should be proud of his team I would strongly recommend Arona to anyone in need of their services
