Absolute joke. Onto a fourth attempt at getting a recall addressed, one of these attempts required the garage having my car all day to then let me know near the end that the part wasn’t even there and needed ordering so another date needed arranging. Finally got the DAB addressed and since then my BT and ambient lighting no longer work. Topped off by the fact the DAB itself being temperamental for working as well now.
