Booked dual control car at Glasgow Hamilton road branch. Received email to check in online. Phoned through DVLA codes for both my grandson and myself. Was told everything was set up on system to avoid delays at pickup. When we arrived, were told DVLA codes were expired. I explained we got new ones this week and had already had them input into Arnold Clark system. Took.us 10 minutes tooing and Frodingham before the counter staff found the codes on their system.
