Booked dual control car at Glasgow Hamilton road branch. Received email to check in online. Phoned through DVLA codes for both my grandson and myself. Was told everything was set up on system to avoid delays at pickup. When we arrived, were told DVLA codes were expired. I explained we got new ones this week and had already had them input into Arnold Clark system. Took.us 10 minutes tooing and Frodingham before the counter staff found the codes on their system. Being two visitors from Australia, we weren't sure what the process of hiring a car in Scotland would be. We needn't have been worried, David put so much care and attention into his interaction with us that it was a very smooth, stress free, and easy experience. Thankyou so much David! This is the third branch we have used for dual control car hire. Staff are friendly and helpful. The cars are relatively new and well looked after.

I have hired SUV's on two occasions for long distance. The cars were fantastic, well equipped, one was top of the range. The staff were really knowledgeable, helpful, and nothing has been too much trouble. Excellent, friendly and a great service.
