Needed a van in a hurry to take old furniture to the dump. Booking online couldn't have been easier and the girls I dealt with at the branch (Emma & Alison) were great. I was booked in and driving away in minutes. Returning the van was just as easy. Would definitely use Arnold Clark again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
Hired a duel control car to get my boy going while waiting on instructor waiting list , staff are outstanding no time wasted if there's a que and Your booked for 9.00 but don't get your keys till 20 past provided they have cars unbooked you get the full time you've booked for always polite and even suggested if regular Hiring a card to save time when returning car , never in issue in the EK branch sometimes larger companies struggle with poor staff customer engagement again not at this branch keep uo the good work 🫡
