We were very impressed with Arnold Clark car hire. The whole process was seamless and the staff were super friendly, especially Kelly, Mark and Neil. They picked us up from the train station and drove us back there when we dropped the car off, which was super helpful! The car was excellent and very economical. We have no hesitation recommending this company.

So helpful! Great company, and they even got us a new car seat for our little one when the one they provided didn’t fit. We will definitely return to them the next time we are in Scotland! Dave and Kelly are the best!

Kelly was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, professional, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure everything was sorted quickly and easily. You can tell she really cares about the customer and takes pride in her work. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel totally hassle-free.

The staff in there are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Arnold Clark. Especially the Carlisle one they are far better and cheaper than any other company I have ever used and so friendly.
