I strongly advise avoiding this place we won't be coming back for the following reasons Failed to scan my dogs microchip before treatment, which is against the law. Told me I should take my dog back to the rescue because she had a small swelling from her dissolving stitches (which is a normal reaction), tried to tell me it was a growth and he was very worried... The vet was more concerned about giving me completely irrelevant advice about how I shouldn't let my dog on the sofa..

Wouldn't bring my pets here again. I had an emergency with my cat, brought him in, and Ben said there's nothing that can be done and he should be put down (this did happen about 2 years ago but never got around to leaving a review). Luckily, we went to get a second opinion from another emergency vet nearby who treated him overnight. Our cat is now doing well and I'm horrified to think that his life could have been cut short if we had listened to Ben. I could not possibly disagree more with a review I have just had the misfortune of reading, in which Ben and his staff are accused of running a “disgraceful, unlawful business” which should be “closed down for blatant disability discrimination”. My wife and I have found the exact opposite to be true! Ben and his staff are amazing they treats all the animals with kindness and respect, I wouldn’t take my precious furbabys anywhere else. Ben will always go above and beyond and makes sure you leave knowing everything.

One word compassion the receptionist has none.I am sorry to say I have never been so hurt in my hour of need for my sick dog to be treated in such away. Your not worthy of even a star but I hope this is read by the Vet Ben .
