I’ve been seeing Dr. Armstrong for around 8 years now. You can always get appointments same day. He actually cares about your wellbeing. You’re only there for a couple minutes, most times, but it feels like you’re visiting family. Most of the staff has been there since I’ve started going and it’s nice to catch up every time I go in. He’s thoughtful and makes sure that if you’re still hurting after an adjustment that he does whatever’s in his power to help the pain subside. I recommend Lance every chance I get.

Dr. Armstrong and staff are the best. Very friendly and generally concerned of you well being. We were just visiting the area and hurting so bad it was effecting our trip. Dr. Armstrong made life much better for us. I asked if he would consider moving to Oklahoma with us. Lol

Dr. Armstrong is an amazing Chiropractor! Our entire family gets regular adjustments and he has helped us through many athletic aches and injuries. His staff is professional, friendly and easy to work with. Offices are located right in Cocoa Beach and easy to access.
