I’ve been a patient of Dr. Armstrong’s for many years and his care and concern for my well-being has always been excellent! I trust him and have referred him to my family and friends over the years!!
Dr. Armstrong is a caring and compassionate doctor. It is always a pleasure to be seen by him as he has an amazing bedside manner that is helpful when you are dealing with a difficult illness.
I arrived on time and completed the patient intake using a portable electronic pad. My wait time was less than 15 minutes for initial audiological testing and the same when waiting to see Dr Armstrong. Staff were very friendly and the audiologist was a real pleasure to work with. I found Dr Armstrong to have an excellent balance of high technical competence (as one would expect) but also with excellent patient communication skills. I can’t say enough good about Dr. Anderson and his staff. Everyone was very friendly and competent. Dr Anderson was charming.. kind .. compassionate... and knowledgeable .. with a sense of humor... every patient needs to be heard.. Dr Anderson took the time to listen... I hope I can project the same sense of caring to my patients as Dr Anderson displayed to me and my family... highly recommend
Dr. Armstrong is absolutely amazing. I had some issues with an abscess that needed to be looked at that ended up putting me in the emergency room. He happened to be in the hospital finish a surgery and came down to the ER to check me out instead of having me come to the office appointment later that week. He is doing my tonsillectomy soon. His office is extremely friendly, and while it can be a wait, I honestly think it is worth it. He actually cares about his patients and not just money.
