They have kept my guns for 7 months and will not give me a date to complete them. It is unprofessional and they should have shame for the poor way they have treated me. I have gotten 'Dont call us, we'll call you' over and over again. I have had the manager explain to me how they have no control over the gunsmith. I didn't bring my guns to a different store, I brought them to The Arms Room and I am still, to this day, being disappointed.

Just finished taking the Concepts class tonight. I had only shot 3 times in my life and I wanted to become more familiar with guns in general and how to shoot. I got so much valuable information from this class. Spencer, the instructor did an excellent job. I feel a lot more confident handling a gun and shooting - I just need more practice :).
