Great environment, even better military discount.
First class customer service from every single employee I talked to. The gun range is top of the line. Perfect for a father/daughter shooting lesson. Great for a date night idea (check the website for date night discount). The gun sales side of the store is well stocked with inventory and knowledgeable sales people.

Very long order processing times. on August 9th, I bought a rifle for my son's birthday. The website says there is a 3-10 business day online order fulfillment period. I called on the 8/18, because I was going to be on that side of Houston, and I was hoping to pick it up for my son. The associate told me that their distributor had gone out of business and the manager had placed the order with a different distributor. They would call me when it came in.
