Very rude young cocky red headed boy running the gun range this morning. Give someone a little title for the morning and this kid, like Barney Fife thinks he’s the man. has no business dealing with the public. Won’t be back

I'm sorry you feel like our range associate was being rude. The safety of our customers and our equipment is our number one priority. Our equipment is very expensive to maintain and he was doing his job as he was trained.
Called to make a reservation for a lane and they told me first come first serve. Got here and they let a group of 7 reserve and go ahead of me. only one lane open. The phones are ringing nonstop and none of the workers will answer. This place has really gone down hill.
Don’t even bother going in there if you are a female and by yourself. I don’t know how many times an associate walked passed me without acknowledgment. One associate stood at the end of the counter chit chatting with another customer. I finally left. I know they saw me, but probably didn’t see me as worth their time. It’s a shame when you know the gun you want, but can’t get anyone to help you.
