I would rather stab myself in the eye than use this place for another transfer. It took almost 1 month before they finally JUST shipped my gun out to me up in Seattle. It was just another typical Gunbroker transaction just like the dozens of other deals I’ve done. The gentleman dropped the gun off to the arms room the day after the funds went through to have shipped and I waited a week, still no tracking, two weeks, nothing.. three weeks... maybe my gun is already at my FFL? Find someone to run the place! It is poorly run. Two times we were told the range was open, 2 times we go up to practice.....IT WASN'T OPEN.
Good place to shoot. But the suck butt on facebook. Wanted information on a gun and they would not respond back. Sent messages with messenger and still nothing. Asked questions on post and no responds. Who ever is in charge of there facebook is costing them sales!!! I will change if i have some kind of communication.
I’ve been a member for a few years and had a membership which they no longer will honor unless I had a recurring payment. Which I was under the impression I had. When I asked about the new membership rates, I was told they have not been determined yet. I’ve paid my dues, bought ammo, weapons and took my CC class here and I’m feeling that my patronage is not recognized. I feel that the new management is only out the satisfy their pockets instead of their patrons. Customer service and facility in general have gone down hill.
By far the worst experience I've had at a gun range. Customer service were rude and neglected to inform us that the range sets were broken and wouldn't go passed 5 yards. We only found out once we arrived inside the range. We stayed 15 minutes tops and they still charged the full hour instead of the 30 minutes like we asked. We left and realized they charged the entire hour and when we went back to ask them about it they said they don't do refunds.
The instructors are great. The facility is awful. First off it’s mandatory to wear a mask however there is almost 100 people in our CHL class. We are all cramped in here like cattle. The instructor told us this place has changed hands and has not obviously streamlined the process. So some came on time which is 7:30 and some were told we stared at 8:15am.
