Similar to the last review - ordered on the 23rd January, chased on 30th January via their contact sheet, called today and phone number is not in use. Horrible for the owners of a company to go out of business if that's what has happened here - but unfortunately item has not been received and no response to my e-mails.
Not sure what's going on but never received my protective kit for a gravel bike. Didn't respond to my messages and the phone number doesn't work. Buy from here with caution.
Be careful they try to put it on you that your wrong so they don't need to refund you. Product came it was damaged emailed them they are sending a replacement piece.But then been trying to put the pieces on my bike and can't work out where they go . Emailed them again he said he will look now not got back to me after 3 day , so waste my money and time . no instructions on where the bits go . Not happy at all never buy from them again !!!!
