Customer service is not upto par. Didn't get back with quotes after weeks of selection in the showroom. Doesn't respond to emails in most cases. Not proactively handling customers communication. Last minute notification of selected tiles saying out of stock. Lots of communication gaps. Very unhappy with the service. Still haven't got the receipt of payment.

Extremely well stocked shop. Plenty of choice. Will head back to look at floor tiles soon as well. Superb.
I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Armatile Belfast for tiles for my new house, and I am delighted with the experience. The staff, especially Arlene, were incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to Arlene and the team at Armatile Belfast.
Great range of tiles, staff knowledgeable and friendl, impressive showroom. Easy to find on Boucher Crescent and good parking. They also have an outlet for end of line tiles the the other end of Boucher Cresc beside Volvo garage.
