Faultless: easy check in and fantastic customer service, and the units are pristine
Connors was fantastic, very polite and professional, greeted me with a handshake and smile, even though the lift was out of order, helped me get some items to the top of the stairs and presented a trolley when required. Even when some people seemed quite stressed he maintained a friendly atmosphere and kept people in good spirits. Even when he was walking around with a cleaning trolley he took the time to stop and see how I was doing and if I needed help. Steve with the beard was amazing and Karen. It is a very professional company, extremely clean and safe. The staff are so friendly and helpful and really go to extra efforts to help with absolutely everything. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation.
