Such a beautiful historic hotel! Such great memories made!
The Sunday morning brunch buffet is excellent, although a little pricey. Don't recommend staying here as there are newer and nicer places to stay close by. The Venetian room is a top-notch place to eat though. Servers are very nice and make for an excellent experience. Highly recommended !

Beautiful historical hotel. You feel as though you have stepped back in time as soon as you come through the revolving front door. The place needs some TLC, which they are working on. My room was clean, though dates. We enjoyed a massage, the lobby bar and all the nearby things to do. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The 4 stars rather than 5 are only due to the cosmetic neglect and superficial appearance issues.
We stayed in the Smarty Jones Suite. Very unusual suite , but it was wonderful. Did the mineral bath,massage and facial at the spa, that is a must do. Great staff at the hotel, spa and restaurant. We will be back.
Great massage. The problem was that I had set reservation Monday 3/13 for 7:45PM on 3/18. We came from Dallas Tx. to Hot Springs. When we arrived, we were told we had no reservation. But, thru their grace they would let us have a 40 minute instead of the hour we reserved. We were told that PROBABLY the Monday people did set it but, they weren't going to honor that. Great massage but, not any class in handling reservations.
It's old & currently going thru a couple remodels but still has lots of charm. Love the hot tub on the side of the mountain.
