There was a musty smell throughout the facility. Such a beautiful landmark, could use upgraded. Drapes, carpet, paint, microwave and fridge in rooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The hotel is in the historic part of Hot Springs, which is a beautiful. Recently I was there for a work conference and spent 2 nights at the hotel. To get decent parking you have to pay $15 per night for valet parking or walk two building down for free parking. Sadly, the hotel has not been preserved as it should be as it is one of the gems of Hot Springs. Our room had paint peeling off the windows, the bathtub dropped constantly, the cold water knob on our bathroom sink couldn't turn, and we had to ram or slam the the door ... read more

We always love the Arlington Hotel & Spa. My check-in person was from Troup, Tx...so he knew exactly where we're from...Longview, TX. Everyone was really nice, even other tourist. I had the works at the hotel Spa each day. They were AWESOME...never having to leave the hotel. I stayed here twice...will return again. My only wish is they upgrade to satellite TV and flat screens.
It's old school , which is nice. In a perfect spot within walking distance of everything. National park is across the street.
It's truly a Gem! Very nostalgic and pretty well maintained for a building of its age and size! Very clean! I loved the staff, who were all very nice! We were attending a wedding, and I just wanted to give a shout out to the women running the drink station: Thanks for always keeping my wine cup full and being all around delightful! It was a great stay!
