Our 2nd stay here, wonderful staff, prompt and very courteous. Lots of charm and not ‘run down’ to us at all!! We love staying here, great location, can park and walk to almost anything within a 3 block radius (food, sites, etc)
My wife and I stopped by the bath house and had hot baths and she had a massage. My hot bath was excellent!! Jimmy always does an outstanding job. We make the trip to Hot Springs about every 6 weeks and the Arlington Bath House is one of our first stops!!
I booked our stay for two nights and the bathroom was covered in mildew. I went to the front desk and showed them the pictures of the mildew on the tiles, ceiling, vent, and shower door. They said they would send housekeeping over to clean it. needless to say, it was NEVER cleaned. Myself, my husband, and my child all have asthma and we had a very hard time breathing in the room, needed inhalers. We did NOT receive any compensation. We were told by the hostess at The Venetian, on Easter Sunday brunch, at 11:30am that they were getting us a table ready. The manager then walked up, very rudely and said since we didn’t have a reservation we were turned away. The hostess was also speechless of how rude the manager was. We will never go back. A five star restaurant atmosphere and one star customer service. Very very poor.
It’s really outdated, I was given a massage by an old black man, that didn’t know how much time I was supposed to have. I wanted a GOOD back massage, which he never touched. We paid for a couples massage and were sent to opposite sides of the building.
I expected an Old Vintage Hotel, instead I just got an old hotel, that is run down and needs a lot of work. The headboard on the bed was broken, my flat screen TV went out and was replace with an older 25 year old TV. We had no cable or Internet, no refrigerator or microwave, the carpet was dirty and snag, and the heating system sucks, I would not recommend this to any of my friends or anyone else the only thing that was 4 Stars was the location.
Worse experience ever!! Come In for couple bath and massage. Bath was great service, but the massage experience was terrible!!! Hour late after they told us it be 15 min the most to get in and we had to cancel dinner reservations to come back for massage it was the worse worse one I’ve ever had and the most expensive one I’ve ever paid for.
