Not very helpful just spoke to them at 10.11 am 3rd July and was very dismissive about my query just said I had to speak to the housing executive about a letter that ark housing sent me. Obviously the staff can’t be bothered.
would never get a house with these. being in property in there new build in east belfast. being forced to leave by my neighbours in the apartement blocked. with my housing officer martin murphy who couldn't care less or try to help now mr & my 2 year old soon is left homless sofa suffering & having to sleep in my car sometimes is absolute joke!!! deserve to be look to sunday papers
