Useless. I called asking about curbless shower kids and it started with the guy repeatedly misunderstanding what I was asking. I gave him measurements and specifications and asked for pricing. Dude is so lazy he just kept complaining how they didn’t have a system and you have to buy it all separately and I kept asking him thats fine just give me a price for at least the shower base and same answer from him.
