Very dishonest! Probably one of the worst agencies, I’ve had to deal with! My window was damaged and as the flat is on the main road it became really noisy, I rang these guys up they kept making excuses that I should fix it myself, it took them a month to fix. Please be aware of these scammmers
I lived in one of their properties for 2 years - they were professional, helpful, and nice throughout. Very prompt in contacting, any issues with maintenace etc were swiftly taken care of. They also helped me enormously when my moving out date kept changing due to my personal situation - they were very kind and flexible, overall highly recommended
