For six months, I dealt with constant delays, excuses, and departments passing blame instead of resolving the issue. Communication was inconsistent, and there was little to no proactive follow-up. The final breaking point was a last-minute reschedule for a medication I was told was already in stock. The staff were amazing. They were really nice They made you feel really comfortable I am a really hard stick for IVs/ Blood, they were so good that they got it on the first try. I would recommend this place to anyone.

3.5 years attending this facility. The staff is always friendly, helpful, they make sure I'm comfortable and my needs are met. I strongly disagree with the negative reviews.

I would give it negative stars. I needed a very important vaccine and a whole week went by because the rude staff refused to schedule me, didn’t even ask my name or check the order that was put in, just brushed me off and told me to go back to the emergency room. I call again to schedule and the lady says I have to get a brand new order for my vaccines even though because of their own negligence I missed my window of vaccines. So I have to start over again and worry everyday. Go somewhere else. The manager was no help either... read more

Impossible to get a phone call back from this place. Waiting 4 weeks now and calling 3 times per week. Supposedly Joy is never available. She is asked to call me back and just does not do so. Maybe someone will pay attention to a review.
