I recently completed the purchase of a property Arington handles. I had very pleasant experience working with Nigel. He's very responsive, experienced and always went beyond to support me move things forward. Purchasing a leasehold flat is not a relaxing journey. But with Nigel's support, advice, and effort on chasing all parties to move things forward, it went smoothly. I definitely would recommend him and Arington team for their services.
If I could give zero stars I would! If you are a student please avoid this company there are plenty of others to choose from! In the end my son didn’t stay in the property overnight and commuted to uni which cost a small fortune in addition to paying the rent!
