We visited the shop and were looked after by Spyros. Both Eva and myself want to personally express how impressed we were with your service which was outstanding, your guidance was invaluable and advice priceless. I wanted to express my gratitude for the outstanding help we received from Spyro today. Spyros took the time to elaborate and present all the options we have regarding different couches, cushioning, and fabrics. He also shared multiple tips on maintenance and even created a small brochure for us to take home to aid our decision. His passion for his profession was truly remarkable. It was by far the best service I have received, and I wanted to take the opportunity to thank Spyro!
Very unresponsive and poor communication more generally. For these prices, one could expect a bit of a better service.
I always try to shop local and decided to purchase a Ligne Roset sofa with Aria rather than Heals as they promised they could deliver it before Christmas as I explained to them we had family coming and currently no sofa. Not only did they fail to meet this promise but the man I spoke to on the phone who had been so helpful when I placed my order was incredibly dismissive and rude when I called up to enquire what day my sofa would be delivered this week.
