Ian was amazing. He went above and beyond to help when I had a difficult problem, arranging for my boat to be moved between two marina's to allow work to be completed (hoist temporarily out of action in one facility) and was flexible about timing including a very early start on one day to get the work done. Thank you Ian.
Outstanding service. Ian replaced our masthead VHF aerial at short notice. He was flexible on the timing (weather!) and did a terrific job.
