This building is abandoned and dirty. Every week there is a power outage and it is undergoing endless renovations. It's very cold, there's a problem with mold and the heating system is very old. The garden was beautiful, which was beautiful, it was completely devastated, all that was left was a unkempt lawn. The fountain, which had historical value, was demolished. It's a sad, lifeless place. I do not recommend. 😖
