We very recently purchased a property through Ed at Argyle Property Associates and have been incredibly happy with the service he provided. am disappointed with my experience dealing with this agency. A call-out visit was arranged and the agreed call-out charge was clearly confirmed in advance. The engineer attended the property as requested and carried out the agreed diagnostic visit. An invoice was then issued directly to the agency. Initially, I was informed that the invoice had been forwarded to their finance team for processing. I can not fault Argyle it was an easy process from booking an appointment through to viewing. Kevin was considerate, kind and knowledgeable of the house and landlord. Although the particular property wasn't for me, we walked away feeling listened to and valued. I actually said I would look up the estate agents, to view more properties (found initial property on Rightmove).
Really recommend Argyle Property Associates. Ed was so professional and efficient, and managed to get us an offer above listing price on our first viewing! He was also great at chasing up solicitors to keep things moving. Five stars from us!
