Says it’s open till 5 - turned up no one on site. And also no phone number to call.
Ordered several days in advance for mother’s 90 birthday, and paid for before 1pm delivery. Received an email saying they were delivered- they weren’t. When I queried it I received a photo of a completely different door. They seem to have been delivered to a completely different building.Very upset and disappointed- my mum can barely walk and certainly can’t go in search of them! But they use dpd couriers - try m&s flowers, or bloom and wild next time.
