I stayed with Area property for a good 2 and a half years and I must say I will choose them again if i have to i only moved as i was changing jobs and they did not have a property to where i was moving. I love that they listened to concerns and were very hands on with everything. Maintenance issues were often resolved within hours. I stayed in the most peaceful house on Bostock Avenue and it was a bonus to have a regular cleaner.And when i left they never gave me problems with my deposit i got all of it back
Amazing experience!! the space was incredible, newly refurbished with quality fittings. Anne and Jeff were particularly warm and responded very quickly to any maintenance and/or issues that developed in the course of my stay. I highly recommend using any of their properties if you're in or around Northampton.
I lived in one of their houses for 11 months and really enjoyed it. The property was well maintained and they are quick to fix any broken thing. I really recommend them.
Hi I was a tent with area property and my stay was well enjoyable and well secured and supported. Specially, Anne and Jeff was very helpful and flexible on our demand. Maintainer and prompt action on request is amazing. I had to terminate my tenancy in the middle of it, they help me do it smoothly without any charge even. I highly recommend them in my experience
