Excellent, dedicated staff who take time to discuss pets health and offer constructive advice.
Very friendly service. Professional staff all round, very knowledgeable and candid. Both vets I met were excellent. Listened to my vocabulary when questioning and adjusted accordingly to my knowledge level. Each time I've been, has been a positive experience despite the circumstances of going there.
Update. 4 yrs after covid and still cannot go in if someone else is. Doesn't matter if it rains. Also pet goes for the check up without owner being allowed, as someone mentioned below - hidden checks. Immediately losing a trust and relationship with the vets. I have other pets register in other practices and never had to wait outside and ALWAYS allowed with my pet in.
