I wanted to leave a review as I've read the negative reviews about this practice and think a few things need clarified. First of all, the comments about needing to wait outside: I can imagine this was during covid and that they followed the government installed restrictions on access to confined space, meaning people to wait outside during appointments, as the number of staff in the building meant the floorspace was at capacity. Don't understand why this vet doesn't take on new clients,I have been trying for over 7 years to get on their books with various animals.
Another update:2025 They NEVER respond to online enquiries, no matter what is it about! Also a person at reception not approachable, seems that she doesn't care about customers and their pets. They used to have an email address displayed on the website, now it is all online on call but no one helpful to handle customer enquiries. 5 years after covid and still unable to go for a check in with my pets, have to wait outside the room, which is putting animals at extra stress.
