Called this morning got message saying surgery is closed, same again this afternoon yet it says it's open till 6pm on website, this practice has went down hill, so difficult to get appointments yet if you go to the surgery there's only 2 or 3 people waiting to be seen, so why so difficult to get appointment or even an answer on the phone.
The best staff, doctors, especially the nice receptionists. They always provide assistance in any urgent problems, for which I am very grateful.Best regards Oleksandr Knyazyev.
You wait for over an hour on the phone first thing in the morning only to be told that there are no appointments and to try to call back the next day. Almost every week I get texts basically to say not to bother trying to make an appointment, they're taking emergency appointments only. I never had this much hassle in my old surgery will definitely need to do more research for a change.
Constant texts to say not enough GPs. Only emergencies, or call back days later. This really needs highlighting at a higher level.
