RecommendedThank you for making this such a fun and relaxing place to live. I've been here 5 years and I can't imagine living any place else. The management and staff are fantastic, the grounds, pool, parking and storage areas always neat and clean; the club house is amazing; and the apartments are modern and clean. We participate in almost all the monthly parties the staff puts on - the food, DJ and fun and games make getting to know your neighbors a lot of fun.

RecommendedAlex and I moved into Bluebird row apartments in October of 2018. Over the course of this time we’ve seen it morphe and change into something different than we originally signed up for. The amenities will definitely lure you in because it is unmatched to other downtown apartments locations but don’t let it sway you too much as there are cons associated to it as well. Recommendednice place to live in clt
The clubhouse and pool area are nice but could do better job of keeping trash barrels in pool area cleaned out have been there a few times and they were packed jammed full ! Staff is friendly enough but could be more accommodating ‘ too many rules and restrictions now !!
