We love Arden Village! The staff is simply amazing. Love the beautiful clubhouse and pool and can't wait for the doggy park! We've lived here since before any of that existed and it was still great. If you're looking for a safe apartment complex with amenities and great prices, this is it!

The group of people at Arden Village Apartments are second to none. They truly care about their residents and the quality of the apartments. I used to build the apartments while I worked for Regent Homes and I dealt with the full time team on a daily basis and they truly cared about the finished product. Their attention to detail during the process and during the walk throughs were a great help to create a great apartment. This place brings the “WOW! Factor” property is very clean, staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and community is alive and vibrant and very safe!
We've been living here for two months and we are loving it!! This place is wonderful- we literaly like it since the first visit, the club house is just perfect, we feel loved, and I am glad we can call this place 'our home'. I have to say that, I am excited for this summer to use the pool!! We are enjoying renting here.
