RecommendedThis was a very nice new community. The amenities were great and the apartments were very spacious. The complex staff was very responsive to any issues that I had when I was there. I would recommend it to anyone looking to move to the Columbia, TN area.
I love my apartment and all the new Amenities / Club House we have now are Top Quality chairs and furniture, computer / cafe room, fitness center is awesome. The Sand Volleyball is huge, has pure white sand in it, so nice and fun. The staff is excellent!! We have so much here, great place to live close to everything too. I am very happy here my 6th year Rents are very reasonable for all we get. Come and take a look! 🙋🏼♀️
This has been the best experience We have ever had, they knew We needed a place and We don’t have the best of credit but they worked hard and got us in and still made sure we were happy. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome!! This is truly HOME!!!
Beautiful community and amazing office/maintenance staff!
I love my apartment and all the new amenities we have now. I sat at the beautiful pool and clubhouse till nearly 8 tonight reading and swimming, it was so nice outside. Top Quality chairs and furniture, computer / cafe room, fitness center is awesome. The Sand Volleyball is huge, has pure white sand in it, so nice and fun. The staff is excellent!! We have so much here, great place to live close to everything too. I am very happy here, my 5th year. : ))
Great location close to my job and shopping and near interstate besides the neighbors across the street leaving notes and complaining about us parking on a public street during construction in complex this area is great and pool coming soon
We have lived at Arden Village for nearly three years, and we absolutely love it! The apartments are beautiful and spacious; they feel more like houses than apartments. The ladies in the office are so friendly and go out of their way to help when we need something. Maintenance is awesome, although we've only had one issue the entire time we've been here (and it was fixed the same day). The location is fantastic! We absolutely love living at Arden Village! It is in a great location and has excellent prices for what you get. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend living here! We have lived in another apartment complex in Spring Hill and it was a nightmare. I'm so glad we can call Arden Village home.
