This is an excellent property! I have been here for over 2 years and every single staff member is helpful and friendly! The location is great and I feel the neighborhood is 100% safe. I think I might have had 2 maintenance issues and they were resolved super quick, you could not ask for a better apartment complex!

I have lived at Arden Village for over two years. When I got my apartment in 2018, it was a brand new building and it had felt like home right away. The apartments are spacious and have a well-thought our layout. The staff is so helpful and communicative. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and inviting, you can’t help but feel at home. The only reason I am leaving is because we bought a house very suddenly ! I highly recommend these apartments if you are looking for something that feels like home ♥️
