HI, I recently purchased a second hand motorcycle from Stratstone BMW in Tunbridge Wells, the whole experience from start to final hand over of my new to me bike was exceptional, the salesman Liam was very professional in every way possible and the whole transaction went very smoothly.
I made contact some weeks ago and spoke at length with Liam whom was knowledgable and very helpful. Today l atteneded for a demo ride f900xr, again Liam was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He interacted well with Dan who provided great support. Overall a very good experience. Thankyou see you again soon
Bought my first 1300 GS from the guys at Stratstone, all i can say is first class service from start to finish, also great aftersales, Liam is a great guy to deal with and would highly recommend. Brilliant!!
All the guys at Stratstone BMW have been 1st class. Paul had been superb to deal with and sold me my BMW F900r. He is beyond helpful and talks to you as more of a friend than a salesman. I popped in and just had a chat and there wasn't any pressure to even talk about bikes. Liam is another superb asset to the sales team. He always remembers your name and greets you with a smile.
