Excellent place to wait 5 hours for a service

From my very first contact to the handover, both James and Stefan went above and beyond to deliver a five-star service. If I could give this minus stars I would, I had a recall on my BMW 1 series back in 2021 for the EGR, I had informed bmw that I was experiencing issues with loss of power and the drive train light on my dash had been on They had my car for all of 30mins and said that the car had passed the recall and the drive train issue was nothing to do with them, It ended in me having to pay for a pipe that went into the Egr system which I was not happy about Fast forward to 15th September I have had another recall for the same EGR and m... read more
