5 stars – Great service from Peter at Arctic Van Hire Really happy with the service. Peter was polite, patient, and easy to deal with. The van was an older model but drove great and did exactly what we needed it to do. Great value for money. Some customers might be hard to please, but we were more than satisfied. Would definitely use again.
Rented a van and it broke down on the motorway leaving the place, they didn’t answer the phone only to collect the keys and have ignored all phone calls about a refund, complete waste of money
Disgrace of a company. Confirmed booking for 7/9/24 collection 9am. Turned up and owner is on holiday with no alternative staff arranged to organise insurance and keys for van. No communication about this and will now have to pay extra to get last minute van. Not to mention the disruption this has caused for picking up important furniture today. Avoid!
