RecommendedEcho the comments of mr albanese!!! Having had two bouts with skin cancer my objective was to avoid as much of the chemicals as possible. Let me assure you, I could not be more satisfied... Was money well spent, the tub stays crystal clear all the time and once a week, throw in a little chlorine to sweeten the water then the system neutralizes that in a few hours... The Clear Ray system may be a few bucks , but you will indeed appreciate its value!!!

Great customer service from these folks. The Clear Ray system is worth every penny!!! This is my second hot tub, the first I had to have a chlorine dispenser in, this one, with Clear Ray, only requires an ounce or two a week (depending on usage) and the water is crystal clear. The water in my tub was last replaced in October, Yes that's right, SIX months ago, and it is as clear as the day I filled the tub.
I would like to publically commend Robert Dibble from the Arctic Home Living Corporation When we purchased our hot tub from the booth at the state fair they happened to oversell our model and while we encountered several more issues with the install and delivery I want to say here that Robert went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the product and even drive to our home on his off duty time in order to complete a project done by an electrical co not associated with Arctic Home Living I would recommend the... read more
This place is amazing. I had a problem tub and they patiently worked with me until I got it squared away. Also scum balls are amazing!!! No more rings around my tub even after running my clarifier.

They took care of a problem the competitors couldn't and/or wouldn't. Great to know that there are 0still companies and staff which actually want to help the person on the other end of the phone.
